Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American actor and comedian, is often referred to as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. After moving to America she was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. Her first professional work was as an actress in her early years as a child. In AT&T commercials on television, she played the role as Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 until 2016 and into the year 2020. She was also a regular series regular on Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and was a regular in the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). After being featured in the TV pilot unaired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also is the voice of Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents and her left antisemitism at just two years old. They immigrated to the U.S. with their children. She began acting in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five, due to the financial difficulties of her family. Vayntrub briefly studied at Beverly Hills High School. After her sophomore year, she dropped out and earned an GED. She continued however to earn the Bachelor of Arts Communication degree from the University of California San Diego. She was a member of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and learned improv comedy.
